For questions regarding your order, please email email@example.com. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response to all inquiries, as it's just two of us!
Please note: all item purchases (or purchases made during a sale) are final. We do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges on sale items, vintage items, housewares and items that are no longer in stock. Purchases made during sales cannot be cancelled. International orders cannot be cancelled. In short, we don't do returns, unless an item arrives damaged. (and is within a couple days of arrival.) See next heading for more information. Cute Pet Club is not responsible for the mistakes of the post office, lost items, or stolen packages. but we will do what we can to try and help. PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, Cute Pet Club is not responsible for any customs charges issued in accordance to your country's policies. We will not grant refunds for any customs charges assessed nor grant a refund for orders should the customer not pay the customs charge assessed.
Every product we send out is initially checked for quality control, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault or that has been damaged during shipment we will happily replace it or refund the purchase price as long as it has been returned within 10 business days. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to change our store policies at any time.
